• I - Has Tumblr caused you to stop liking any fandoms, if so, which and why?

Uhhhhh, yeah actually.  Honestly I used to be really into the DC fandom and first started with a DC account, but unless you are in a certain group of friends, good luck finding anyone that wants to interact with you.  It may have changed, but it’s just been ruined for me.

• N - Name three things you wish you saw more or in your main fandom (or a fandom of choice).

1.  More things like @thebonecrew and the Bucky Brigade
2.  More interactions with OC’s
3.  More discussions on characters/character development.

• Z - Just ramble about something fan-related, go go go! (Prompts optional but encouraged.)  ( for Z , i’d like to hear your opinion on Brock and the misconceptions people have playing his character on Tumblr )

Mm, that’s a hard question!  Brock is…complicated.  I think he’s more complicated than people tend to play him out.  Sure, in the MCU he isn’t given a great big ole backstory.  So there’s a lot of guessing when it comes to his behavior.  I know Brock is a shitty guy, trust me, I do.  Also though, I think he feels guilty about the things he’s done with HYDRA, going into it when he was younger he felt like he was doing the right thing becoming a double agent and working ultimately for HYDRA, but now that he’s in, he can’t get out.  And definitely on the other hand, he still thinks he’s made the right choice, feeding into his destructive behaviors.

It’s hard to completely tell really.  He’s a shitty character when it comes to him making his own decisions and if they’re right or wrong.  He thinks he’s too old for all this crap now, but he’s sure if he tries to quit, it’ll end up like Lagos.  He won’t be valuable anymore.  So they’ll dispose of him and his knowledge. 

I think though a common misconception about him is probably the fact that some people argue that he didn’t care what was happening in the scene in the wipe chamber with the Asset.  I’ve studied the scene over and over again and even found an interview with Frank himself saying that his character was most likely thinking ‘what the hell am I doing here.’ this shows a little sense of his guilt of the choices he’s made.  I do partially disagree that he was great towards the Soldier, but I do definitely think he tried to be a little nicer, to lift some damn weight off his shoulders.  It’s hard to make sense of it because really, deep down, he’s a shitty character and he’ll always be a character that supports HYDRA and worked for them, so there is no excusing any of his actions.

But if he wasn’t in HYDRA, honestly, it wouldn’t be any better for him rotting in a prison cell.
